We place a high priority on providing this experience to those interested. All Group Visit requests are considered and approved based on the availability of campus resources. What age groups can visit? We welcome all ages! However, there are certain times that work best for certain age groups. We can host high school groups most any times. Elementary and Middle schools work best August-September. During the spring, please note our April is extremely busy with visitors due to spring breaks, and it is difficult to fit in any group tours during this month. How long is a group visit? A minimum of 1.5 hours (30 minute overview and 1 hour campus tour) is required for group visits, and based on the size, age and interest of the group, could last up to 3 hours. Please take travel time, traffic, loading and unloading your group into consideration when selecting arrival and departure times. In addition to a campus tour, our visits include an overview of the university. As time permits, visits for high school students will also include an Enrollment Presentations. Groups of ninth graders and below are required to have one chaperone for every 15 students. Groups of tenth graders and above are required to have one chaperone for every 20 students. Chaperones will be accompanying their students throughout the entire visit experience. Can group visits dine on campus? The opportunity to dine on campus during the academic school year can be requested at the group's expense. Groups larger than 15 are more challenging to accommodate but will be considered on a case by case basis. Payment for groups must be done in a lump sum by cash, check, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard only). Checks are to be made out to AVI Foodsystems. Dining on campus is NOT available for summer group visits (May-August).School/OganizationSchool City/StateVisit Date - 1st ChoiceVisit Date - 1st ChoiceJanuaryFebruaryMarchAprilMayJuneJulyAugustSeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember1234567891011121314151617181920212223242526272829303120222023202420252026Visit Date - 2nd ChoiceVisit Date - 2nd ChoiceJanuaryFebruaryMarchAprilMayJuneJulyAugustSeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember1234567891011121314151617181920212223242526272829303120222023202420252026Arrival Time - 1st ChoiceAMPMDeparture Time - 1st ChoiceAMPMArrival Time - 2nd ChoiceAMPMDeparture Time - 2nd ChoiceAMPMWill your group be visiting another school on the day of your visit?Yes, prior to.Yes, followingNo.Number of Guests VisitingSeniorsJuniorsSophomoresFreshmenOther (how many and ages of guests)ChaperonesPoint of Contact InformationFirst NameLast NameEmail AddressPoint of Contact Attending Visit (if different from POC listed above):Cell Phone for POC attending the visit:Special Requests/AccommodationsSubmit
